RESERVATION POLICY

Payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged in full 30 days prior to arrival or on the day of booking if within 30 days. The price charged will include taxes and resort.

Sales Tax: The total for taxes and fees is 15% and is added to the room rate before payment.

Check-in: Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day for your convenience.  

 

Pet Policy: Pets are permitted only in select units. Must confirm availability directly with resort at the time of booking. Nonrefundable pet fee of $35.00 per pet is due at check-in. There is a maximum of two pets per unit.

 

Additional Rules: Damages to unit furnishings, amenities, supplies, and linens or items missing from room are subject to additional fees upon assessment following your departure.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancel without penalty with at least 3-days advance notice prior to arrival. NO REFUND when you cancel with less than 3-days notice.
